1. Information We Collect
When you use ArogyaQ, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email, phone number, password (hashed)
- Booking data: Token bookings, doctor visits, queue history
- Payment data: Transaction IDs processed via Razorpay (we do not store card numbers)
- Device data: FCM token for push notifications, browser type, OS
- Location: City/region for hospital discovery (optional GPS with explicit permission)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide queue booking and token management services
- To send turn notifications via SMS and push alerts
- To process payments and issue refunds
- To improve platform features and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only as necessary:
- Hospitals: Your booking details are visible to the hospital and doctor you book with
- Razorpay: Payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Cloudinary: Document storage for hospital onboarding
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Booking history is retained for 3 years for audit purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay.
6. Your Rights
