ArogyaQ is committed to fair refund practices. Here is what you need to know:
If you cancel your token before your token is called by staff, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee (the amount charged by the hospital).
The platform convenience fee (typically ₹15–₹30 depending on the hospital) is non-refundable in all cases. This covers payment gateway costs and platform operations.

Walk-in tokens booked at the counter (cash payments) are subject to hospital-specific refund policies. Contact the hospital directly.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancel your token from the My Token page before it is called. Refunds are initiated automatically. For issues, email info@arogyaq.com with your token number.
