1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ArogyaQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ArogyaQ is a digital hospital queue management platform that allows patients to book tokens online, track live queues, and receive notifications. Hospital staff and administrators use ArogyaQ to manage queues, doctors, and payments.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and medical information during booking
Arrive at the hospital within a reasonable time of your token being called
Do not share your token slip or verification code with others for fraudulent purposes
Do not attempt to manipulate queue positions or exploit system features

4. Hospital Responsibilities

Hospitals must hold valid government-issued licences to practice medicine
Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of doctor, timing, and fee information
ArogyaQ is a platform provider, not a healthcare provider

5. Payments & Fees

Consultation fees are set by hospitals. A platform convenience fee is added at checkout. All payments are processed via Razorpay. ArogyaQ is not responsible for disputes between patients and hospitals regarding medical services.

See our Refund Policy for full details. Platform convenience fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArogyaQ provides a technology platform and is not liable for medical outcomes, hospital quality, or doctor availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bidar, Karnataka.
